If you receive an item that is broken or damaged or wrong, you may contact customer service within 7 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days. Please contact customer service with any questions via Email thaikanom@happyland.co.th or via Phone +66 (0) 2377 1500 Ext. 157 or +66 (0) 63494 3728, Monday-Friday 8AM-5.30PM and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
- Trial Pack is not eligible for return or refund. Return is only accepted if the product is not opened and not used.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit/Debit card used at the time of purchase or bank account provided by you.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Only items purchased on www.thaikanom.com be accepted for a return. Items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged.
