In production process of Thai Kanom, after we meticulously select well ripened seasonal fruits, it starts from cutting and decorating fruits with cleaning and hygiene maintenance. We have expert to select Grade A fruits before taken to freezing room with temperature -40 Degree Celsius making water in fruits become crystal. After that, a vacuum machine is used to depressurize the ice crystals making the them sublime as vapor. The freeze dried fruits still have the good taste with authentic aroma and they are the main ingredient to be produced as snacks in different ways that still remain nutritional value.
